Key to the City of Paterson given at School 12 Dedication
The long awaited School 12 playground dedication ceremony was part of a fun day for volunteers of all ages on a sunny day in early June. NJCDC led the community in brightening up the school yard by painting games and murals. And the children brightened up everyone’s day with their smiles and joy on the playground. Superintendent Eileen Shafer was one of several people from the school district who thanked Alexandra’s Playground for their generosity. And Mayor Andre Sayegh presented Alexandra’s Playground with a key to the city, the highest municipal honor, in recognition of this 6th Paterson playground donation.
